Dr Nandana Bala is amongst the best allergy and asthma specialists in the country and an experienced senior consultant paediatrician. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the specialty. Dr Nandana spent over a decade in the UK training and working at prestigious London hospitals including Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital, Kings College Hospital and St Mary’s Hospital. She completed her postgraduate training in Allergy Medicine under the pioneers in this field at Imperial College London, which is at the forefront of allergy medicine in the world.

Dr Nandana Bala is a faculty of Specialist Allergy and Asthma courses in India. She is a sought after speaker at national and international Conferences. She is a consultant at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Marathahalli.

Dr Rajath Athreya one of the best paediatric doctors in Bangalore is a well-established clinical lead in Neonatal medicine and Paediatrics having nearly 20 years of experience in the field. He heads the department of Paediatrics and Neonatology at Sakra World Hospital, Bengaluru.

Dr Rajath Athreya’s previous associations and roles have been as consultant paediatrician and lead consultant neonatologist at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Bengaluru, Kauvery Hospitals and Coloudnine hospitals, Bengaluru. Dr Rajath spent over a decade in the UK training and working at some of the best hospitals including Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital, St Mary’s Hospital and King’s College Hospital in London. He was a consultant neonatologist at Lewisham University Hospital, London and faculty with the London School of Paediatrics and Resuscitation Council, UK.

His roles extend beyond clinical work and he is an advisor for health-tech companies and international research projects. He is a member of the Technical advisory committee (TAC) for COVID19 for the Government of Karnataka. He has been bestowed with ‘Shrestha Vaidya’ award by the Government of Karnataka in 2022, recognising his contribution.
Dr Rajath will be available for consultations at Prudent Health in the evenings. In the morning hours he will be available full time at Sakra World Hospital.

Dr Aruna Savur is a senior paediatrician with a unique combination of skills to support mothers and young babies. She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with years of experience in this field. She offers antenatal breastfeeding classes, breastfeeding consults to address common concerns about latching, positioning, nipple pain and breast pain to new mothers. She provides expert advice on breast pumps, flange sizing and milk storage. A comprehensive service for tethered oral tissues (tongue tie): diagnosis, oral exercises and management plan is also provided. She is also training in infant craniosacral therapy to offer a holistic approach to breastfeeding concerns. She is a certified baby massage instructor and helps parents adopt a gentle infant massage plan.

Dr. Harsha V. Reddy is a Senior Consultant, Obstetrics and Gynecology with more than 20 years of experience.

Dr. Harsha was awarded her MBBS degree from the prestigious institute:
Bangalore Medical College affiliated to RGUHS. She went on to pursue her DGO from KIMS, Bangalore. She obtained her DNB in Obstetrics and Gynecology through NBE from one of the oldest hospital: St. Martha's Hospital, Bangalore. She further had extensive training in infertility treatments, laparoscopic/hysteroscopy, and sonography from various centers. She honed her skills in management of high risk pregnancies with various medical disorders and malignancies by working at St. John's Medical College, Bangalore for five years.

Dr. Harsha is well versed in all obstetric and gynecological procedures. Her
field of interest is high risk pregnancies and infertility treatments.

Dr. Harsha believes in educating all her patients to ensure the doctor and
the patient both together make an informed decision about the treatments. Apart from Prudent Health Clinic, she also consults at Cloudnine Hospital - Bellandur.

Dr. Gangai Jayasaravanan is a Paediatric Physiotherapist with more than 6 plus years of experience and has worked in hospitals like Narayana Hrudalaya, Sakra World Hospital.

Dr. Gangai has special interests in providing holistic realm of rehabilitation to children with special needs and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Dr. Gangai completed her Bachelor in Physiotherapy from Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences and Masters in Physiotherapy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education .

Dr. Gangai is available for consultation at Prudent Health Specialty Clinics.

She is an Experienced Clinical Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working with esteemed organisations (CIP, NIMHANS & IMHANS) over 4 years of experience. She is specialized in Clinical field and trained to conduct comprehensive Psychological assessment, Neuro Psychological evaluation, Cognitive retraining, IQ Assessment, Personality evaluation & diagnostic psychometric to children, adult and elderly population, Strategic Planning, teaching leadership and Personal Development. A Strong healthcare service professional, skilled in Psychotherapy, Counselling Psychology, and personal development.

She has hands on experience in the areas of Management of Children, Adolescent and Adult with various mental health and behaviours issues. Worked in Adult Psychiatry in addition, Child Psychiatry, Neuro Psychology, Individual Psychotherapy including cognitive behaviour therapy, parent management training, caregiver burnout and supportive psychotherapy.

Jyotika Rana is trained to provide cognitive behaviour therapy, positive psychotherapy, behaviour modification therapy, marital therapy, emotional focused therapy, grief therapy, social skill training, neuro psychological rehabilitation, cognitive retraining and other psychosocial intervention and various therapy to individual diagnostic with psychological and psychiatric disorders.
